Health is always a major concern for many individuals and on many occasions this is difficult to come by. Whether it is a result of time constraints from a job or time restrictions from being a parent, the busy schedules of everyone’s lives can prove to provide little time for self improvement.
Samantha in California is a stay at home mother with two older boys and she just had her third child.
